Leadership – Diversity - Civics

It has been my privilege to work with the City Summit Alliance as its leadership advisor and coach.

The Toronto Region stands proud as one of the most ethnically and racially diverse regions in Canada, yet there is a striking lack of diversity among our civic leadership. The DiverseCity Fellows program aims to help change that, with a fellowship for rising civic leaders who want to work across sectors on issues that are critical to the future health and wealth of the Toronto region.

Our work together includes a diverse set of leadership development activities: personal diagnostics; individual development goals; action learning / city building projects; networking with city leaders and role models; workshops on leadership competencies; and coaching.
