Herb Koplowitz
Herb helps executives implement strategy in two important ways. Organizationally, he enables them to develop the structure required by the strategy, fill the roles in the organization structure with people who will succeed in them, and train managers in the skills they need to direct and support those they manage and hold them accountable. Personally, he helps managers develop a language that helps them think and talk more clearly about organizational issues and come quicker to the root causes of problems.
