Cinnie Noble

Cinnie Noble is the founder of CINERGY® Coaching, a division of Noble Solutions Inc., a full service conflict management firm. Among other related services, she and her associates coach leaders worldwide, to strengthen their knowledge, skills and abilities to competently engage in conflict. CINERGY® also trains leaders to coach staff members to effectively manage their interpersonal workplace disputes.

Cinnie draws on her training and extensive experience in her work with leaders, teams, Boards and others who strive to strengthen their conflict management skills and help others do so.
