Operating on the basis that the knowledge and will to bring a strategy from concept to reality lies largely within the organization, Bob’s role is to tease out the knowledge of the participants, help synthesize that knowledge into a rational set of conclusions and decisions, and provide an environment in which the key stakeholders can develop their ownership of, and commitment to those choices.
