Time Commitment

  • 10-month program: 12 days of workshop attendance (one 3-day offsite session in residence, followed by three 3-day local workshops)
  • White & Green Belt Action Learning Projects: 2-5 days per month
  • Webinar-based training: Four 2-hour sessions to equip participants with analytical tools
  • Monthly Coaching consultations

Financial Investment (per participant)

  • $19,500 program fee
  • $2,500 hotel, meals & facility costs
