  • They lead a White Belt project typically generating a Return of Investment of approximately $20,000 – offsetting the cost of the LeadershipEdge program
  • They engage with other NextGenLeaders on a Green-Belt project, typically generating value between $80,000-100,000. Through these projects, participants form strong teams, and apply their leadership competencies and Six Sigma skills to affect significant change within your organization
